Our History

Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll was initially founded as Blahnik Law Office, PLLC in 2010. The firm was originally located in the Rock Creek Building in downtown Prior Lake. Attorneys Kim Prchal and Mallory Stoll joined the firm in 2012 and the name of the firm was changed to Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. In 2017, the firm relocated to its current location on Colorado Street, also in downtown Prior Lake.

That solution may be a quick settlement of your family law matter or finalization of your estate planning documents. Adam Blahnik

Adam practices in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree motions, and appeals. A large component of Adam’s practice is representing clients in Tribal Court, and in particular the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) Tribal Court. Adam is also a qualified neutral and provides mediation services in all areas of family law and is on the Scott County SENE and FENE rosters.

Kim Prchal

Kim focuses her practice on estate planning (drafting wills, trusts, health care directives, power of attorneys, and other estate planning documents), probate, conservatorship & guardianship proceedings, and real estate law, including partition actions and landlord tenant disputes. Kim regularly presents at the annual Minnesota Probate and Trust Law Institute and the Real Estate Institute.

Mallory Stoll

Mallory practices in all areas of family law and juvenile law. Mallory’s family law practice includes divorce, custody and child support matters, spousal maintenance issues, adoption, paternity actions and post-decree motions. Mallory’s juvenile practice includes child welfare (CHIPS) proceedings, permanency placement proceedings, and termination of parental rights matters.

Ashley Morelli

Ashley focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and post-decree matters. Ashley also represents individuals in harassment restraining orders and order for protection proceedings. Ashley provides court-appointed representation to parents in child protection matters in Scott, Le Sueur, Rice, and Anoka counties.

Katie Giles

Katie Giles is a paralegal at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She joined Blahnik Law Office in 2014. Katie primarily assists attorney Kimberly Prchal at the firm with client matters involving estate planning, probate, guardianships, and real estate. Katie spends much of her time communicating with clients and drafting legal documents.

Amanda Greeney is a paralegal at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She joined the firm in 2015. Amanda assists attorneys Mallory Stoll and Ashley Morelli with client matters involving family law, child custody, and child protection. Amanda spends much of her time communicating with clients and drafting legal documents.

Sarah Buresch is a paralegal at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She joined the law firm in January 2019. Sarah assist attorneys Adam Blahnik and Ashley Morelli with their family law clients. Sarah also handles much of the accounting and administrative functions for the firm.
